Vegetables: Romaine lettuce, red mustard greens, rainbow radishes, shelling peas, scallions, cilantro
Fruit: 1 1/2 pounds cherries, 1 pint strawberries
No flowers, and I bought a jar of local wildflower honey
Here's what I made with it:
- Lettuce and cucumber salad with yogurt-mint dressing
- Soba noodles with mustard greens, peas, sunchokes, radishes, scallions, and miso dressing
- Radish-cilantro raita (for this dinner)
- Cherry clafoutis
- Moghrabieh (Lebanese Couscous) Pilaf with Summer Squash, Sunchokes, Peas, Pistachios, Cherries, and Chermoula
- Strawberry-rosewater sorbet
