CSA Week 4

Vegetables: Sugar snap peas, shelling peas, beets + greens, lettuce, fennel
Fruit: 1 1/2 pints raspberries
No flowers

Here's what I made with it:

  • Roasted beet and beet green salad with French lentils, cucumber, feta, lemon, and olives
  • Fennel, avocado, and cucumber salad (based on this recipe)
  • Hummus sandwiches with lettuce, cucumber, roasted red peppers, olives, harissa
  • Sugar snap peas and raspberries were eaten raw
  • Pea risotto
