Here's what I made with it:
- Roasted beet and beet green salad with French lentils, cucumber, feta, lemon, and olives
- Fennel, avocado, and cucumber salad (based on this recipe)
- Hummus sandwiches with lettuce, cucumber, roasted red peppers, olives, harissa
- Sugar snap peas and raspberries were eaten raw
- Pea risotto
